Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Production models may vary slightly. You always receive the newest version.
- CCC uses the U.S Postal service for all deliveries. Orders are shipped out via U.S. Prioirty Mail and once the order is in their system, you will receive a tracking confirmation from the USPS if you have provided us with your email address.
- If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.
- You will be charged postage on any exchange after your original order.
- Concealed Carry does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

We ship via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. If you need it faster, please request Special Handling. Priority Mail usually delivers within 4 days for the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
For all Special Handling shipments, the cost is the actual cost of shipping plus our standard delivery rate. Special handling charges apply to shipments sent by Express Mail, Federal Express, United Parcel Service (UPS) or C.O.D.
International orders are shipped Global Priority, International Express mail, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service (UPS).
We will confirm the delivery cost when you place your order by phone or email.

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs,customer service is available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
Concealed Carry guarantees the quality of all our products and services and your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will accept returns after 30 days but you must get prior approval. Also, the product must be in "new and unused" condition.
Concealed Carry guarantees quality products and service. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization screening, and does not include weekends or holidays. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days.

Exchange for Size:
Please measure carefully when you order. We will not charge you on an exchange for size on your initial order. Exchanges for color or style will be charged at the regular shipping rate.
