If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it (via insured parcel post or UPS) within 30 days, in good condition, for full credit, refund, or exchange. Good condition means 'like new', clean, not previously washed, and re-sellable the way you would want to receive it. You don't need to call for a return authorization, however please insure your return to us. Refunds or credit to your charge card will be handled quickly after we receive your returned merchandise. After 30 days there is a 20% restocking fee. Products that show use or have been washed and that we cannot sell are not refundable and will be returned to you.
